Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small honeydew
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh mint
  • mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Peel, seed, and dice the melons.
  2. Puree the cantaloupe and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 3 hours.
