Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into small pieces.
  2. Add milk to a saucepan and heat over medium until the cheese is melted.
  3. In a small bowl, beat the egg and then add it along with the cornstarch to the melted cheese mixture.
  4. Cook and stir until the mixture thickens.
