Ingredients

  • 6 small potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes.
  2. Place the sliced potatoes in the center of a 16-inch square of aluminum foil.
  3. Dice the onion and spread it over the potatoes.
  4. Add the butter on top of the onion and potatoes.
  5. Fold the foil over the ingredients and seal all openings tightly.
  6. Bake at 450°F for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown.
  7. Optional: Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or garnish with parsley before serving.
