Ingredients

  • 1 heaping c. cornmeal
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a frying pan.
  2. Pour mixture into melted butter.
  3. Bake at 450° until done.
