Mexican Dish(Quick Fix)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag regular size Fritos
  • about 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • about 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Wolf brand chili (I use homemade chili if I have it)
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In a 10-inch pie plate, layer following in order listed:
  3. Fritos on bottom of dish, then then the shredded lettuce, mixed with chopped green onions.
  4. Top with chili.
  5. Heat this in oven about 15 minutes, then top with more Fritos, shredded cheese and olives.
  6. Return to oven.
  7. Continue heating until cheese melts and Fritos are crisp and golden.
  8. Serve immediately.
