Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 pack Tostitos
  • 1 c. Ro-Tel
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 stick Velveeta
  • 1 c. cream of chicken
  • 1 c. cream of celery
  • 1 c. cream of mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet until fully cooked.
  2. In a bowl, mix Ro-Tel, Cheddar cheese, cream of chicken, cream of celery, and cream of mushroom until well combined.
  3. In a long Pyrex dish, place Tostitos in the bottom as a crunchy layer.
  4. Spread the cooked hamburger meat evenly over the Tostitos.
  5. Slice Velveeta and place slices on top of the hamburger layer.
  6. Pour the mixture of cheeses and creams over the Velveeta and hamburger layers.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until bubbly and heated through, about 30 minutes.
