Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 16 oz. bottle salsa
  • 1 brick Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
  • 1 lb. Velveeta

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground beef.
  2. In a pot, combine the salsa, cubed Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos, and cubed Velveeta.
  3. Melt the cheeses with the salsa over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Serve hot with Doritos.
