Instructions
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave on High for 30 seconds to soften.
- Place tortillas in a 10-hole, 1 cup capacity non stick muffin pan.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion for 2 minutes.
- Add minced beef, cook for 5 minutes until brown.
- Stir through tomato paste and spices, cook for 1 minute.
- Add salsa, stir until heated through.
- Spoon meat filling into tortilla shells, top with Singles*.
- Cook in oven at 180C for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream and avocado dip.
- Serve.
