A quick and flavorful Mexican-inspired dish featuring seasoned ground meat, spicy salsa, black olives, beans, and rice, perfect for a hearty, satisfying meal anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 small jar Pace picante sauce
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 c. rice, cooked
  • 3/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Cook ground meat and drain.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until clear.
  3. Add picante sauce, chili beans, water, and black olives and heat until hot.
  4. Serve over cooked rice.
  5. Great served with green salad and steamed tortillas.
