- Layer a 9 x 13-inch pan starting with cheeses, then chilies, then cheeses, etc.
- Then beat eggs, milk and flour and pour over cheese and chilies layers.
- Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
- Let set for a few minutes before serving.
