Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 (8 oz.) cans green chilies
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Grate cheeses and chop chilies.
  2. Layer a 9 x 13-inch pan starting with cheeses, then chilies, then cheeses, etc.
  3. Then beat eggs, milk and flour and pour over cheese and chilies layers.
  4. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
  5. Let set for a few minutes before serving.
