Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Jack cheese
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1-1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can diced Ortega chilies
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 jar mild green chili salsa

Instructions

  1. Slice Jack cheese in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Lay chilies on top of cheese. Mix Bisquick and milk together and pour over chilies. Beat eggs together and pour over milk mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 300°. Add salsa to top and bake another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares. 8-10 servings.
