Micro Chicken With Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinned
  • 1 large bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz.)
  • garlic salt to taste
  • low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in microwaveable dish.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic salt and soy sauce.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion and tomatoes. Cook until chicken is thoroughly done, about 5 to 7 minutes on High.
  4. Serve with cooked white rice.
  5. Serves 4.
