  • 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 c. skimmed milk

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart casserole, combine sugar, cornstarch, and unsweetened cocoa.
  2. Gradually stir in skimmed milk until well mixed.
  3. Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every minute, until pudding is thick and boiling.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour into serving dishes and chill before serving.
