Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Set aside. Microwave browning dish on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add butter and allow to melt.
  3. Pour egg mixture into dish.
  4. Cover.
  5. Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until set, but still moist.
