Ingredients

  • 10 thin bread sticks (any flavor)
  • 5 slices bacon, halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cover one side of bacon strips with cheese.
  2. Roll bacon strip diagonally around each bread stick.
  3. Line a microwave-safe baking sheet with paper towels and place bacon wrapped bread sticks on the baking sheet.
  4. Microwave on High power for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes. Remove and roll bread sticks in cheese once again.
  5. Ready to serve.
