Microwave Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Scrub unpeeled potatoes and slice.
  2. Layer potatoes and sprinkle with celery and onion salt.
  3. Sprinkle cheese and drop pads of butter on top.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Microwave, covered, for 16 to 18 minutes, turning several times during cooking.
  6. Allow to stand for 5 minutes after cooking.
