Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 heaping Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 (16 oz) can creamed corn

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat egg, sugar, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
  2. Add creamed corn and milk, blending well.
  3. Pour into a buttered baking dish.
  4. Cook uncovered in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir well from outside in.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until set.
  7. Let stand covered for 3 minutes before serving.
