Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 quart sauce
  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 cups Ricotta (15 ounces)
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Brown ground meat in a microwave-safe colander for 3 minutes on High.
  2. Stir the meat to break it apart.
  3. Cook the meat for an additional 3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the cooked meat to the sauce and set aside.
