Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine orange juice, brown sugar, and pecans in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Cook in microwave on High power for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in butter until it melts.
  4. Cook on High for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Pour out onto a greased cookie sheet to cool.
  6. Spread thinly on the cookie sheet so you can break apart when cool.
