Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 12 oz. jar picante or mild salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 sliced scallions
  • Doritos or corn chips for dipping

Instructions

  1. Place softened cream cheese in a quiche dish or glass pie plate and spread evenly over the bottom.
  2. Top with salsa and shredded Monterey Jack cheese evenly.
  3. Sprinkle sliced scallions on top.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Vent and microwave on high for 5 minutes, rotating the dish 1/2 turn once.
