Microwave Seafoam

Instructions
- Combine sugars, syrup, water and salt.
- Microwave on High in glass casserole for 5 minutes.
- Stir.
- Place back in microwave on High for 9 minutes.
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in mixer bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Pour hot syrup mixture over egg whites.
- Add vanilla.
- Beat until mixture holds its shape and loses its gloss.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
- Top with pecan half, if desired.
