Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 lb. whole turkey or 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 lb. turkey breast
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey thoroughly.
  2. Rub the turkey with salt, especially inside the cavity.
  3. Place the turkey, breast side down, on a large microwavable dish.
  4. Halfway through cooking, turn the turkey breast side up and cover the leg and wing ends with aluminum foil to prevent overcooking.
