Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) box pistachio instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Midori
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut flavoring

Instructions

  1. Beat all ingredients 4 minutes at medium speed.
  2. Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 to 55 minutes.
  4. Cool about 15 minutes in the pan, then turn onto a cooling rack.
