Ingredients

  • 2 cup warm water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 each eggs
  • 6 cup bread flour

Instructions

  1. in a large bowl, dissove sugar in warm water.
  2. than stir in yeast.
  3. allow to proof until yeast resembles a creamy foam.
  4. mix salt & oil into the yeast.
  5. mix in flour 1 cup at a time.
  6. knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
  7. place in a well oiled bowl, turn dough to coat.
  8. cover with a damp cloth.
  9. allow to rise until doubles in size.
  10. punch dough down.
  11. knead for a few minutes, an divide in half.
  12. shape into loaves, and place in well oiled 9x5 loaf pans.
  13. allow to rise 30 minutes, ou 1" above pan top.
  14. bake at 350F fo 30 minutes.
