Instructions
- in a large bowl, dissove sugar in warm water.
- than stir in yeast.
- allow to proof until yeast resembles a creamy foam.
- mix salt & oil into the yeast.
- mix in flour 1 cup at a time.
- knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
- place in a well oiled bowl, turn dough to coat.
- cover with a damp cloth.
- allow to rise until doubles in size.
- punch dough down.
- knead for a few minutes, an divide in half.
- shape into loaves, and place in well oiled 9x5 loaf pans.
- allow to rise 30 minutes, ou 1" above pan top.
- bake at 350F fo 30 minutes.
