Ingredients

  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix together cake mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes (test with toothpick until done).
