Millet Stew

Instructions
- In large skillet, beginning with potatoes, alternate layers of fish and potatoes.
- Place whole pepper pods through layers.
- (For spicier dish, chopped peppers are stronger.)
- Divide shortening into three spoonfuls and place at edge of pan.
- Fill skillet to top of mixture.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer and cook, covered, for about 1 hour.
- When potatoes are soft, you're done. Serve with rice.
