Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups nuts

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, bring sugar and water to soft ball stage.
  2. Remove pan from heat and immediately add cinnamon and nuts.
  3. Toss until all liquid is absorbed.
  4. Spread on waxed paper, working quickly to prevent nuts from sticking together.
  5. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
