- Mix all ingredients—onion, vegeburger, tomato soup, celery, walnuts, and bread crumbs—and let stand a few minutes to allow bread crumbs to absorb moisture.
- Add a cup of tomato juice to the mixture.
- Add 2 or 3 well-beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Place the mixture in an oiled ring mold pan.
- Bake for 1 hour at 400°F.
- Allow the dish to cool somewhat, then garnish with pimento, radishes, and parsley.
- Serve and enjoy.
