Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 vegeburger
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients—onion, vegeburger, tomato soup, celery, walnuts, and bread crumbs—and let stand a few minutes to allow bread crumbs to absorb moisture.
  2. Add a cup of tomato juice to the mixture.
  3. Add 2 or 3 well-beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place the mixture in an oiled ring mold pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 400°F.
  6. Allow the dish to cool somewhat, then garnish with pimento, radishes, and parsley.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
