  • 1 large pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nuts (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Stir constantly the sugar, milk, and oleo until well combined.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 6 to 7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, Marshmallow Creme, a pinch of salt, vanilla, and nuts if desired.
  4. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved and well mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture onto a greased plate and allow it to cool.

Tips & Substitutions

For a smoother texture, ensure your oleo is softened before mixing. If you prefer a richer flavor, consider substituting half of the chocolate chips with dark chocolate. You can also add a variety of nuts like walnuts or pecans for extra crunch. For a fun twist, try adding a splash of almond extract instead of vanilla.

Serving Suggestions

Cut the fudge into small squares and serve on a decorative platter. It pairs beautifully with a warm cup of coffee or hot chocolate. For an indulgent treat, consider serving it alongside Grilled Sweet Potatoes With Applesauce for a delightful contrast in flavors.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you prefer a firmer texture, refrigerate it. When ready to serve, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before cutting into pieces.
