Instructions
- Pour potato water in mixing bowl.
- When lukewarm, add yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup of the lukewarm liquid.
- Stir in rest of ingredients; knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let rise in warm place until doubled.
- Form into loaves; place in pans.
- Let rise. When double its bulk, bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.
- Brush top with water.
