Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef/Pork/Veal combination
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • Pinch of Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
