Minced Lamb

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. diced cooked lamb (crab, beef, etc.)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • hot toast triangles
  • minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine soup and milk; beat until smooth.
  2. Add lamb.
  3. Heat. Beat egg yolks; gradually add lamb mixture.
  4. Return to heat; slowly cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat. Serve immediately on buttered toast triangles.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley.
