  • enough water for a firm dough (about 2 1/2 c. ice water)

Instructions

  3. Add ice water gradually, mixing until a firm dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into portions and roll out into 8-inch circles.
  5. Fill each circle with your choice of filling, then fold and seal the edges.
  6. Bake or cook as desired.
