Ann'S Relish
A tangy, sweet relish packed with onions, peppers, and green tomatoes, perfect for complementing sandwiches, burgers, or as a flavorful condiment for various dishes.

Instructions
- Grind first five ingredients in a blender.
- Put the ground mixture in a plastic dishpan.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup canning salt over the mixture.
- Let it set overnight.
- Drain and rinse in a large colander.
- Drain well. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.
- Add peppers to the boiling mixture.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Put the mixture into jars.
- Process the jars in hot water for 5 minutes.
