Instructions
- Brown and drain beef.
- Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings.
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in a greased 1 to 2-inch muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
- Spoon meat mixture into biscuit lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.
- Garnish with a piece of green pepper. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Yields 48 mini pizza cups.
