Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 small package chocolate mint chips

Instructions

  1. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the sugar.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and the chocolate mint chips to the egg white mixture.
  3. Mix gently until combined.
  4. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
  6. Turn off the oven and place the cookie sheet inside.
  7. Leave the cookies in the oven for about 12 hours to dry and set.
