Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and eggs together in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add the milk, a little at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the butter, and mix until smooth.
  4. Melt the butter and incorporate it into the batter.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Pour a thin layer of batter into the skillet and cook until edges are golden.
  7. Flip the crepe and cook the other side for a brief moment.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve warm.
