Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. creme de menthe
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook peas and water in saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and cook, covered, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove cover and add margarine and creme de menthe.
