Minted Sundae Soda
A refreshing, bubbly mint sundae soda featuring mint jelly, sherbet, vanilla ice cream, and lemon-lime soda, perfect for hot days and fun gatherings.

Instructions
- Combine mint apple jelly and water in a saucepan.
- Cook and stir over low heat until the jelly dissolves.
- Cool the mixture, then chill.
- Pour about 3 tablespoons of mint jelly syrup into each tall chilled glass.
- Add a spoonful of sherbet or ice cream; stir until melted.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, then a scoop of lime sherbet.
- Finish with another scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Fill the glass with chilled lemon-lime carbonated beverage, pouring carefully down the side to preserve bubbles.
- Garnish with lime slices and a sprig of mint.
