Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 lb. dates
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped fine
  • 4 1/2 c. Rice Krispies

Instructions

  1. Boil margarine, milk, dates, vanilla and sugar for 2 minutes on stove.
  2. Add nuts and cereal.
  3. Mix together well.
  4. Form into balls, roll in coconut.
  5. Place on tray lined with wax paper to cool.
