Missouri Baked Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 to 12 lb.) ham
  • cinnamon
  • whole cloves
  • 1/2 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Simmer ham for 1 hour. Trim fat.
  2. Place ham in baking pan, trimmed side up. Score. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Stud with cloves and spread brown sugar over ham. Add mustard and 1 1/2 cups boiling water to vinegar. Pour into baking pan. Cover. Bake at 325° for 3 hours.
