Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds (optional)
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 9 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Shred head of cabbage.
  2. Crumble Ramen noodles and add to cabbage.
  3. Add seasoning packets from Ramen noodles.
  4. In separate bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and oil.
  5. Mix and pour over cabbage mixture.
  6. Toss to mix.
  7. Eat immediately.
