Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter.
  3. Mix and pat into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
