Ingredients

  • 1 c. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. instant minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 2 tsp. marjoram leaves
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in a tightly covered jar.
  3. Use to sprinkle over sliced tomatoes, salads, raw and cooked vegetables, salad dressings, bread, etc.
  4. Makes about 1 cup.
