Ingredients

  • baking powder
  • sugar
  • graham cracker crumbs
  • pecans
  • chocolate
  • egg white
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Mix egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Begin adding sugar mix gradually to egg whites as they beat; beat for 1 to 2 minutes after all sugar is added. Carefully fold in crumbs, nuts, chocolate and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spoon into buttered pie plate.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely.
