Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 cans water chestnuts
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap each water chestnut with a slice of bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick.
  3. Place the bacon-wrapped water chestnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush or sprinkle brown sugar over the wrapped water chestnuts.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
