Modified Waldorf Salad
Ingredients
Instructions
- Core and dice apples.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Add chopped up celery, pecans or walnuts and raisins.
- Mix mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice separately and fold into Cool Whip.
- Spoon over apple mixture.
- Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
- Cover and chill. To serve, fold dressing into salad.
