Ingredients

  • 1 SuperMoist butter cake mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 12 ounces frozen coconut, thawed

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake as directed on the box and allow it to cool.
  2. Make 2 cake layers from the baked cake.
  3. While the cake is baking, mix sour cream, sugar, and thawed coconut together.
  4. Split the cooled cake into two layers.
  5. Spread the coconut mixture between the layers and on top of the cake.
  6. Best if made the day before serving for optimal flavor.
