Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 large box lemon jello
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Make the lemon jello according to the package directions.
  2. When the jello is fairly thick, whip the evaporated milk until frothy.
  3. Add the whipped milk to the thickened jello in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Put half of the crushed graham crackers into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the first layer.
  6. Pour the jello mixture over the graham cracker layer.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed graham crackers on top of the jello mixture.
  8. Refrigerate the dessert overnight until set.
