Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 1 small box orange Jell-O
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Stir graham cracker crumbs with powdered sugar and melted oleo.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Dissolve orange Jell-O in hot water.
  4. Mix cream cheese until softened, then add to the Jell-O mixture gradually.
  5. Fold in crushed pineapple without draining.
  6. Add Cool Whip to the mixture and fold gently.
  7. Pour the filling over the graham cracker crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
